Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient (SAIOP)

Daymark intensive outpatient services for substance abuse include a structured system of the individual, family, and group activities and services. The programs are provided on an outpatient basis designed to help adult and adolescent individuals with addiction disorders to instigate recovery and learn skills for recovery maintenance.

The program provides education on recovery and wellness and also informs the individuals about benefits, community resources, and services regarding addiction recovery. SAIOP program assists the clients and also monitors the provision of services. SAIOP is typically provided to each individual for a period of three months.

SAIOP program involves a minimum of 9 hours per week, and each day; every individual is influenced to attend at least one recovery support group of choice.  Every client is screened for drugs and alcohol, and Monthly Person Centered Plan (PCP) updates to review and document necessary changes.

SAIOP services include the following:

  • Individual counseling and support
  • Group counseling and support
  • Family counseling, training, or support
  • Biochemical testing to classify recent drug and/ or alcohol use (UA and BAC)
  • Relapse prevention (including community supports)
  • Life skills training
  • Crisis contingency planning
  • Disease management
  • Treatment support activities adapted explicitly for the individual with physical disabilities or people with co-occurring disorders
  • Case management activity to arrange, connect, coordinate, or incorporate multiple services, assessment, and re-assessment of the individual requirements for services.

 

Residential Treatment Program

The residential program offers a complete range of services to adults, both men and women (Age 18+) fighting with addiction and related disorders. The program provides both high and low-intensity residential care and treatment in semi-private and maximum privacy settings.

 

Assessment and Referral

The assessment and referral program delivers a variety of activities, involving prescreening, screening, determination of need, psychosocial assessment, and referral to a suitable level of care.

 

Outpatient Treatment

Outpatient programs include a range of services designed to meet personalized addiction, behavioral and psychiatric issues through clinical assessment and evaluation. The center offers outpatient treatment to adults and children (Age 3+) with substance abuse issue and mental health disorders.

 

Mobile Crisis Management

The service seeks to provide complete crisis intervention to issues related to mental health, substance abuse, or developmental disability in the least restrictive environment. The service is monitored with an experienced and qualified staff, including licensed therapists or bachelor’s level qualified professionals.

 

Intensive In-Home Program (IIH)

The Intensive In-Home (IIH) services are for individuals with severe and chronic symptoms of an emotional, behavioral, and/or substance use disorders who are unable to continue stability in the community without intensive interventions.

The program provides quality care through the use of evidence-based, individual-centered interventions to diminish symptoms, improve functioning, and decrease the frequency and intensity of crisis chapters.
