d) Any individual Possessing schedule X drugs then the criminal charge will be Class D crime and potential sentence of At least 1, but up to 3 years in jail. $2,000 fine.

e) Any individual Possessing schedule Y drugs then the criminal charge will be Class E crime and potential sentence of Up to 6 months in jail and $1,000 fine.

f) Any individual Possessing schedule Z drugs then the criminal charge will be Class E crime and potential sentence of Up to 6 months in jail and $1,000 fine.

1) Any individual possessing an amount of marijuana 1.25 oz or less the criminal charge will be Civil violation with a sentence up to $600 fine.

2) Any individual possessing an amount of marijuana More than 1.25 – 2.5 oz the criminal charge will be Civil violation with a sentence up to $1,000 fine.

3) Any individual possessing an amount of marijuana More than 2.5 – 8 oz the criminal charge will be Crime with a sentence up to 6 months in jail and $1,000 fine.

4) Any individual possessing an amount of marijuana More than 8 oz – 1 lb the criminal charge will be Crime with a sentence up to 1 year in jail and $2,000 fine
